➢first impressions

Bramble is loud. When entering a room where Bram is playing, his presence might well be the very first thing you'll notice. When he's performing, he's brilliant at riling up an audience into singing along, and he laughs loudly and often, making jokes with audience members.
He's not particularly tall nor short, but lankiness makes him appear taller. One gets the impression that he wouldn't be much good in a fight - as if he'd actually be able to lift a sword at all.

➢abilities
As a fae, Bram has a wide variety of magical abilities, but he does have certain strengths, and certain magics he employs more often. His magic is reasonably strong - he's able to affect humans and less powerful magic creatures quite easily - but, separated from his courts, there are limits to his powers, and it's relatively easy for a magical being to resist his charms if he's distracted.

• music
  Bram is an excellent musician, able to play essentially any instrument to a high standard and an enchanting singer - quite literally. When Bram plays, he's able to use the music to cast spells, including causing others to do his bidding. He's especially able to use his music to affect emotions, cause people to fall in love, or influence the natural world around him.
• healing
  Bram can heal himself and others from most injuries. Minor injuries require little effort; more serious injuries require focus and energy, and can often leave Bram exhausted afterwards.
• botany
  Bram has a natural connection to plants, especially those of woodland: he can encourage them to grow, bloom, or bear fruits. He could also kill them, but he certainly isn't inclined to without a substantial reason to.
• animal connection
  Bram can converse with animals, and control them in a similar way to humans, although he rarely does. Instead, he prefers to encourage them to do his bidding with praise and no small amount of bribery.
• glamour
  In order to hide his fae heritage, Bram adopts the visage of an ordinary human; to look at him, it's impossible to determine that he's anything other than human, unless he lets the glamour slip. He can also use the glamour to 'shapeshift' into any other form he wishes, including animal shapes, although it isn't true shapeshifting; it is detectable by anyone able to see past glamours
